NordicNinja appoints new chief operating officer post-UK expansion

Venture capital firm NordicNinja has today revealed the appointment of former Tech Nation chief operating officer Row Knapp in the same role.
Shared exclusively with UKTN, Knapp’s appointment to NordicNinja’s team follows the Helsinki investor’s move to the UK in September along with the launch of its £172m fund.
“I think a good operator should use their past experience to look around corners and approach the business with flexibility and agility,” said Knapp.
“They should be able to steer a company in the direction of growth and read people well, and I look forward to working with our founders to help them do just that.”
The NordicNinja chief operating officer has held prior roles at Paws.com, MOO, King, Skype and eBay.
Knapp will work with the venture capital firm’s portfolio, which contains Einride, Bolt and Voi, to aid founders in scaling their companies.

The venture capital firm was started as a joint venture by JBIC IG Partners and BaltCap in 2019.
