Talent Acquisition Associate, Dija  

Dija are seeking highly organised, resourceful, and solution-oriented talent. They are creating a passionate team of high performing peers who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. In this role, you will be working together with the Head Office team, directly contributing to the end to end hiring of individuals across the business alongside the HR team as well. 

The successful candidate will manage end to end recruitment processes across stores. They will work alongside Hiring Managers to gather the requirements of vacancies, and manage the recruitment advertising across online platforms. They will proactively source talent for Dija by actively networking, headhunting and via referrals.  The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in recruiting retail positions, along with strong communication skills both written and verbal. An ability to prioritise workloads, multi-task and manage multiple relationships is also a requirement. 

FMCG Partnerships Executive, Just Eat  

The FMCG Partnerships Executive will act as the key contact between brands and Just Eat Takeaway working alongside the Senior Manager. You will take ownership for the day-to-day management of these relationships across Europe – working cross functionally and managing stakeholders will be vital to success. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a Joint Business Plan which generates value for both partners. This will include developing B2C marketing strategies and campaigns while also thinking strategically about how to develop these brands with a B2B focus. You will work closely with the brand to identify value add opportunities using data and analytics.  

This role is suited to a strong communicator and highly analytical environment where organisation and attention to detail are essential to strategically assess opportunities. Leadership, influence and creative thinking will be crucial, providing the knowledge, drive, momentum and energy to develop and grow this business.  

Senior DevOps Engineer, Weezy 

Weezy is the UK’s leading on-demand supermarket. Their mission is to deliver life-essentials, creating ever more happy and spontaneous moments at home. They’re doing this by delivering groceries, including fresh fruit and veg, cupboard staples, pharmacy, alcohol, personal care and cleaning products in under 15 minutes. Behind the scenes, they’re building a network of fulfilment centres across London, the UK and beyond, each staffed with Weezy customer delivery reps who pick, pack and deliver Customers’ orders.  

They’re on the lookout for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer. For the successful candidate, problem-solving starts with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You can decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution, by yourself or with teammates. You’re comfortable asking for help when you get stuck. You think critically about the implications of what you’re building, and how it shapes real people’s lives.
