They will proactively source talent for Dija by actively networking, headhunting and via referrals. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in recruiting retail positions, along with strong communication skills both written and verbal. An ability to prioritise workloads, multi-task and manage multiple relationships is also a requirement.
The FMCG Partnerships Executive will act as the key contact between brands and Just Eat Takeaway working alongside the Senior Manager. You will take ownership for the day-to-day management of these relationships across Europe – working cross functionally and managing stakeholders will be vital to success. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a Joint Business Plan which generates value for both partners. This will include developing B2C marketing strategies and campaigns while also thinking strategically about how to develop these brands with a B2B focus. You will work closely with the brand to identify value add opportunities using data and analytics.
This role is suited to a strong communicator and highly analytical environment where organisation and attention to detail are essential to strategically assess opportunities. Leadership, influence and creative thinking will be crucial, providing the knowledge, drive, momentum and energy to develop and grow this business.
