Which role was the most important early hire you made?
Our data scientist. We always wanted to be data driven and specialists in the work we do, but at the same time needed someone who worked at the same intensity as us.
It wasn’t in the job description, but at times he’s also ended up being our photographer, socials organiser and ad hoc business development manager.
