What one thing do you wish you’d done differently when launching your company?
Not being intentional enough about hypothesis testing. We held assumptions that turned out wrong, but we never structured the exploration: state the hypothesis, define what would falsify it, run the test, move on.
Instead we drifted, and ended up pouring resource into building for assumptions we hadn’t validated. Systematic discovery early on would have saved months of effort on things that mattered less than we thought....
