Welcome to London Technology Week 2016

London

London is the beating heart of UK tech, so what finer place to host a whole week of events dedicated to developments in technology?

London Technology Week 2016 is a festival of events taking place from 20th to 26th June at numerous locations across the capital. Both in and out of work, I’m a tech enthusiast, so I’m delighted to see the festival return to the city, enabling more people to learn about developments in the space.

Last year’s London Tech Week featured over 200 events, ranging from meetups to seminars, conferences to drinks parties and networking sessions to educational workshops. Attended by over 43,000 people from more than 80 countries, it’s safe to say the week was a success, but this year’s is set to be even bigger and better.

The events are split into five streams so you can easily pick out the sessions that interest you: business, innovation, talent & inclusion, growth, and after hours.

We’ve produced the official preview guide to share with you some of the key events taking place during London Technology Week 2016, plus give you a helping hand in how to find them.

It’s set to be a fun, fantastic and informative week, so please share your highlights with us by Tweeting to @TechCityNews and we may well give you a shout-out. Enjoy!
