Livinglens raises £200k as they expand to London

Consumer insight startup Livinglens has raised  over £200k in seed investment to develop their product and sales.

The Liverpool-based company helps brands search consumers’ recorded videos for specific spoken words and access relevant consumer insights.

The investment comes from a number of angel investors including ex-Unilever board member Ralph Kugler and senior VP Andy Porteous as well as Rose Lewis, CEO of the Collider accelerator.

With Livinglens, brands can capture & pinpoint specific video content that helps them better understand consumers’ thoughts and behaviour.

In May, it was profiled as one of five companies to watch from Collider with whom they were based at the time.

The startup is currently based in Liverpool but is set to open London offices later this month.
