Senior executives from Google Deep Mind and Facebook have joined Forward Partners’ mentorship programme for UK e-commerce startups.
Launching today, FP50 network will seek to provide an open forum for early-stage startup founders to collaborate with successful online executives.
Founded in the summer of 2013, Forward Partner invests in startups from inception to late seed and will be on the look out for the most promising e-commerce ideas to put through to the scheme.
Nic Brisbourne, managing partner at Forward Partners, said: “As an entrepreneur, being able to talk with someone that has experienced what you’re going through can be incredibly powerful. The FP50 Mentor Network is a select network of mentors who want to build meaningful relationships with the UK’s next generation of startup leaders.”
Other mentors joining the FP50 Network include senior executives from Farfetch, Funding Circle, Onefinestay, YPlan, Citymapper and Coinfloor.
