What advice would you give to a first-time founder?
Invest your time in the community. Take conversations with sector leaders who offer diverse perspectives and then you can evaluate your positioning.
Some of the people I met in my early year career are my biggest champions and sponsors for Polytag. I started off on the shop floor of Waitrose, later, I grew M&S in India. I even worked directly for GS1. Each of those organisations are directly responsible for our success today....
