AI agent platform Parloa has opened its first London office, adding to the wave of global AI companies choosing the capital for their expanding footprints.

With existing offices in Berlin, Munich and New York, the London operation is part of a European expansion that has also seen offices recently open in France and Spain, with a further location in Milan opening on July 1.

New data from Dealroom shows London has reclaimed its position as Europe’s top tech ecosystem, ranked fourth globally behind only Silicon Valley, New York and Boston.

Parloa says the European market is of strategic importance as demand for solutions that enable enterprise businesses to make customer communications more direct, flexible and scalable continues to grow.

The firm’s expanding European presence will strengthen the company’s proximity to customers, partners and markets in key European economic regions.

“Anyone who wants to support companies in different markets with their customer communications must understand their local requirements,” said Malte Kosub, CEO and co-founder of Parloa.

“Language, expectations, processes and regulatory requirements differ from country to country. That is precisely why local proximity is so important to us. Berlin remains our European core, but with London as an important European hub and with new offices in Paris, Madrid and soon, Milan, we are deliberately expanding our European presence.”

Parloa reached unicorn status in May 2025 and in January 2026, closed a $350m (£260m) Series D funding round at a valuation of $3bn (£2.2bn).
