London-based ClearCourse has announced a deal to acquire job management software provider Eworks Manager for an undisclosed sum.
ClearCourse is a group of technology companies providing software, services and integrated payments solutions.
The acquisition will see ClearCourse’s proprietary payments platform, ClearAccept, integrated into Eworks’ invoicing and payment services.
ClearCourse said Eworks will benefit from synergies with other ClearCourse brands including CRM solutions provider BrightOffice and ClearCourse’s strategic investment, expertise and knowledge-sharing.
Eworks’ managing director, Sam Kenwright, will continue to lead the team of 20 post-acquisition.
Founded in 2013, Eworks provides job management software solutions for customers in various sectors including facilities management, electricians, security and plumbing and heating. Its products include an administration system and an app with a full suite of features including quote support, job planning, inventory management and invoicing.
Based in Birkenhead, Wirral, Eworks has an additional office in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. It services clients worldwide.
