Big Data Partnership raises £1.25m to improve the way you use big data

Big Data Partnership, EMEA’s leading big data services company, has completed a £1.25 million Series A round from international growth capital firm Beringea.
Founded in 2012, the London-based company provides vendor-agnostic big data consulting, training and support.
Its client list boasts several leading Fortune 500 companies, and spans industries including web, financial services, telecoms, utilities, defence and media.
Beringea
Beringea LLP is an international venture capital firm with offices in London and Detroit.
The firm launched its first Venture Capital Trust in 1996, making it one of the most experienced VCT managers in the UK.
Last month Beringea funded the majority of a $4 million round in call tracking and analytics service ResponseTap.
Big Data
Chief Investment Officer Trevor Hope says although most organisations appreciate the potential promise of Big Data, they still face adoption and deployment challenges.
Demand for big data skills continues to outstrip supply and Big Data Partnership is one of the few companies addressing this gap and offering a legitimate way to push industry forward.
