London-headquartered Prevalent AI has secured £16.1m in growth investment from Los Angeles-based Integrity Growth Partners (IGP), marking the first primary capital raised by the firm.
Prevalent AI is an AI-powered data fabric company that provides the organisational context enterprises need to securely operate, deploy AI and make decisions. Founded by alumni of GCHQ, Prevalent AI continuously ‘cleans, connects and contextualises’ fragmented enterprise data into a sovereign knowledge graph.
The firm says enterprises will spend an estimated $240bn (£176bn) on information security in 2026, yet much of that investment continues to generate more disconnected data than actionable insight.
Prevalent AI says the same challenge is now emerging in enterprise AI – Gartner predicts that more than 40% of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by the end of 2027, citing escalating costs, unclear business value and inadequate risk controls.
Context connects these problems, and the firm says AI systems can only make reliable decisions when they operate on data that is clean, connected and continuously current. Prevalent AI says it is solving this challenge for banks, telecommunications providers and insurers, among others.
The company will use the investment to scale its global go-to-market organisation, accelerate its expansion into the US, deepen its leadership team and extend beyond cybersecurity into broader enterprise risk use cases.
“Large enterprises do not have a shortage of tools or data. They have a shortage of context,” said Paul Stokes, co-founder and CEO of Prevalent AI. “Security teams are being asked to make decisions across thousands of systems, controls, identities and data sources that were never designed to work together.
“We started with security because that is where fragmented data does the most damage. The investment from Integrity Growth Partners allows us to scale our business beyond cybersecurity into every enterprise function where decisions depend on connected, trusted data.”
