It has now launched its service directly to jobseekers with the ‘Insightful’ culture matching platform, which was created by combining cutting-edge technology with expert insights from psychometric experts and Talentful’s experience of building the best teams in the world.

The tailored questions algorithmically calculate the jobseeker’s personality type, to give one of eight personality archetypes which include traits such as the leader, innovator and team player.

It then connects candidates to real positions on the job market based on results and shows the best-matched jobs available to apply for, giving a personalised culture fit score out of 100 for each position.
