British decision intelligence company Quantexa has brought on former UK cabinet minister Lucy Frazer to its advisory board.

The software company, which works with organisations to analyse their data and inform decision-making, has been building its advisory board in support of its global expansion plans.

Other recent appointees include former Microsoft VP Steven Guggenheimer and former Morgan Stanley executive Franck Petitgas.

Quantexa founder and chief executive Vishal Marria said: “We are ecstatic to welcome Lucy Frazer to our Advisory Board.

“Her deep experience in policy, law, and strategic leadership will help guide Quantexa’s global growth and innovation, supporting our mission to use data, analytics, and AI to establish cultures of confident decision-making for clients across industries.”

Frazer has held numerous cabinet positions throughout her nine years as MP for South East Cambridgeshire, most notably as the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport during the premiership of Rishi Sunak.

The Conservative politician has also throughout her career served as a junior minister in departments including Housing, Transport, Justice and the Treasury.

“I am honoured to join Quantexa’s Advisory Board at this pivotal stage for the company,” Frazer said.

“Quantexa helps some of the world’s leading organisations connect and contextualise their data for smarter and more confident decision-making, and I look forward to contributing my experience to support the team in driving meaningful impact worldwide.”
