Quantcast buys Struq to retarget users across devices

Advertising intelligence service Quantcast has acquired London startup Struq for an undisclosed amount.

Struq sends personalised re-marketing and prospecting ad campaigns across different devices.

It claims to help retailers re-find 40-60% of their users on another device with 100% accuracy.

Struq lucky?

Founded in 2008, Struq completed a $8.5m funding round in April 2012.

The company now works with brands across 19 territories, including Topshop, Esprit, Debenhams, Tesco Direct, Hotels.com and easyJet.

Headquartered in London, Struq also has offices in New York, Brazil and Turkey.

Insights and conversion

Quantcast’s analytics service, Quantcast Measure, provides free audience insights based on demographics and geography.

Meanwhile, Quantcast Advertise uses this to anticipate audience behaviours to attempt to refine how you convert customers.

Better together

Quantcast says the combined company will be the first to offer marketers a single source for proven prospecting, retargeting and ad personalisation.

CEO Konrad Feldman says they saw an opportunity to create a company that could offer marketers the full spectrum of real-time ad solutions.

We’re creating a company that directly answers marketers’ demands for a strategic partner to help them better prepare for the future across the full digital ad mix.
