Mind Candy IPO on hold?
It’s been an incredible year for the makers of Moshi Monsters, back in October they reported revenues were up 60% and there are still rumours of an upcoming IPO, potentially on the London Stock Exchange.
In our on-camera interview Michael [pictured right] revealed he plans to develop more brands and products at Mind Candy before considering going public.
He praised London’s emergence as a global tech cluster and also celebrated the success of fellow gaming startups from across Europe including Rovio and King.com.
Learn from other entrepreneurs
Offering advice to other startup founders, Michael told Tech City News he valued the advice of other entrepreneurs from different industries and applied their experiences to his own ventures.
He also stressed that founders must make mistakes fast and learn from them. “A mistake is just a step closer to cracking it” he remarked.
Full length interview coming soon
Look out for the full length interview, where Michael reveals what drove him to launch his first startups and his future ambitions, as part of our new series of interviews with leading figures from across the business world.
