This is probably one of the most infuriating questions we get asked and which usually results in the application not even being studied to any detail and certainly does not deserve a response.
No VC will sign an NDA and it just shows naivety on the part of the entrepreneur.
VC’s see thousands of applications every year, they would not risk any litigation for a plan that might be the same as yours which becomes funded, they have to keep as many doors open as possible.
