Internet World’s Tech Startup Showcase announced

15 lucky startups from across Europe have won a place in the tech startup showcase at Internet World in June.

Hundreds of applications were received for the programme which offers winning startups a free exhibition stand at Internet World and mentoring from Level39 and Fried Frank.
Winners were selected by a panel of experts including Level39’s Adizah Tejani, Fried Frank’s Dan Glazer, Tech City News’ Alex Wood, Collider’s Rose Lewis and Clarity PR’s Sami McCabe.
Startups from across Europe
The winning companies included a number of well-known faces on the London startup scene including Frugl and Good Night Lamp.
A number of leading startups from across Europe were selected for the showcase including mobuy, a Romanian mobile flash sale startup and Allentia, an Italian internet of things platform which has the potential to create an open platform for all the smart devices in your home.
Founding event of London Technology Week
Internet World takes place between 17th-19th June and is one of Britain’s largest tech exhibitions including dedicated areas for big data, e-commerce and marketing technology as well the new tech startup showcase.
This year the exhibition is the founding event of London Technology Week which launches on June 15th.
