As the rising cost of living continues to drain the resources of people in the UK, access to quality financial services has become more crucial than ever.
While some can rely on banks and other traditional institutions to provide financial support, these resources are not available for everyone, as has been the case in Britain for generations.
“When my parents came over to the UK as part of the Windrush generation, that generation of people were locked out and denied access to loans and credit opportunities,” said Paul Henriques, founder of Pardna, a new fintech app in development that’s designed to support financial growth within communities outside of the mainstream credit industry.
