One Minute London announces partnership with Bookatable

Elevator Pitch alumnus One Minute London has announced a new partnership with online restaurant booking company Bookatable.

One Minute London has developed an interactive video skin that lets users make restaurant reservations from inside the videos. The startup participated in the third series of the Elevator Pitch.

The partnership will see the integration of the bookable videos with the Bookatable reservation system. When a user goes to make a booking in the videos, it will show real-time availability in the restaurants.

It will also see the startup work with a wide range of new restaurants across the UK.

Rapid growth

Since participating in the Elevator Pitch, One Minute London has launched a new improved booking platform and also won Smarta Micro Business of the Year.

“[One Minute London’s] innovative video technology gives our restaurant customers the unique opportunity to showcase their offering as well as converting viewers into bookings instantly anywhere online, powered by Bookatable,” explained Adam Longhurst, strategic partnership manager at Bookatable.

CEO and cofounder Nelson Sivalingam has described the announcement as “a great step” for the platform.
