GuestReady

GuestReady, a management services platform for Airbnb properties, has closed a £600,000 Angel round led by Swiss Founders Fund.

Other investors included Senn & Partner Holding Ltd, a swiss real estate development and investment company and Georg Bauser, former director at Airbnb.

The PropTech startup, which offers services such as key handling, housekeeping and guest communication, aims to help users manage their short-term rentals.

Romano Brandenberg, venture partner at Swiss Founders Fund, commented: “We were impressed by the high-caliber team and the go-to market strategy. We’re confident that GuestReady will be able to scale their short-term rental management service quickly.”

The London-based firm says it will use the funds to develop its tech platform and hire more staff in all its current cities.

Alexander Limpert, co-founder of GuestReady, commented: “We are extremely happy to have received the backing of these high-profile investors who will continue to support us on our journey.

“We are very pleased with the development of the business and can now further accelerate with the additional funds,” he added.

GuestReady currently operates in London, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Amsterdam but says it is looking to expand further.
